A practical way to move from questions to delivery.
Every engagement is shaped around the records, responsibilities, timing, and review needs that make the work useful.
- 01
Start with a focused conversation
We discuss the current condition of your books or delivery needs, the priorities ahead, and the kind of support that may be appropriate.
- 02
Define the right scope
We identify the responsibilities, records, systems, timing, review requirements, and communication process needed for the engagement.
- 03
Review the recommendation
You receive a clear proposal outlining the work, delivery expectations, and fee before making a commitment.
- 04
Begin with organized onboarding
Once approved, we confirm access, responsibilities, deadlines, points of contact, and the first priorities for the engagement.
A focused first conversation.
The first call creates room to understand the need and agree the next step. It is designed to qualify the work, not to perform it before scope is defined.
- The initial call is for qualification, priorities, fit, and next-step planning.
- It is not a detailed diagnostic, QBO clean-up session, tax consultation, or free hour of advisory work.
- If records must be reviewed to quote a complex engagement, we request them securely after the call and define whether that review is complimentary or paid.
- A 60-minute working or diagnostic session may be offered later as a separate service when appropriate.
